Refund Policy Overview
- All bookings are final and cannot be refunded as per the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled.
- While refunds are not available, ticket exchanges can be made for another performance, subject to availability.
- An administration fee applies to ticket exchanges.
- Exchanges must be for tickets of the same price band or higher, with any price difference charged in addition to the fee.
- Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours before the original performance and can only be made for the same show at the same theatre.
- If you have purchased Refund Protection and your reason for requesting a refund falls under the valid reasons outlined in the Ticket Plan terms and conditions, you may fill out the Refund Application form online.
