Understanding the Refund Policy and Ticket Exchange Options

Refund Policy Overview

  • All bookings are final and cannot be refunded as per the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled.
Ticket Exchanges
  • While refunds are not available, ticket exchanges can be made for another performance, subject to availability.
  • An administration fee applies to ticket exchanges.
  • Exchanges must be for tickets of the same price band or higher, with any price difference charged in addition to the fee.
  • Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours before the original performance and can only be made for the same show at the same theatre.
Special Circumstances
  • If you have purchased Refund Protection and your reason for requesting a refund falls under the valid reasons outlined in the Ticket Plan terms and conditions, you may fill out the Refund Application form online.
