Open Air Theatre Weather Policy

In the event that the performance doesn't go ahead, or is abandoned due to bad weather, you can exchange your tickets for a future performance.

Please note that, if the temperature during a performance exceeds 40 degrees, the performance will be abandoned, and the weather exchange policy will apply.

Refunds are not given for cancellation or abandonment of a show as a result of the weather.

Exchanging tickets for weather-related cancellation:

If a show is cancelled or abandoned because of the weather, you will be entitled to exchange your ticket for seats or spaces available with the nearest value to your original ticket (rounded-up) at any other show at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre in our main theatre repertoire (excluding films and one-off live music and comedy shows which are not cancelled because of the weather), subject to availability. There is no time limit on exchanging tickets in this way.

Your ability to exchange into a particular show on a particular date and time will be subject to the availability of seats or spaces at that show on that date and time. This will be assessed at the point when we are processing your request for an exchange.

You can either:

(a) complete the online form available at www.openairtheatre.com/weather; or

(b) write to: Weather Exchange, Regent’s Park Theatre Ltd, Stage Door Gate, Open Air Theatre, Inner Circle, Regent’s Park, London, NW1 4NU, stating your original booking order number, name, address and preferred date you wish to exchange into.
