Ticket Management Options

Cancellation:
- All bookings are final and cannot be refunded as per the terms and conditions.

Ticket Exchange:
- You can exchange your tickets for another performance, subject to availability.
- A 10% administration fee will apply to the exchange.
- Exchanges must be for tickets of the same price band or higher. Any price difference will be charged in addition to the fee.
- Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours before the original performance.
- The exchange can only be made for the same show at the same theatre.
Process for Ticket Exchange
To initiate a ticket exchange:
- Contact customer service at 0333 009 0997 or via the contact form.
- Provide your booking details along with alternative date, time, area, and seat preferences.
- You can check available options on the website: London Theatre Direct.
Important Notes
- Your current booking will remain active until an exchange is completed.
- All open inquiries will automatically close after 7 days.
Special Circumstances
- If you have purchased Refund Protection and your reason for requesting a refund falls under the valid reasons outlined in the Ticket Plan terms and conditions, you may fill out the Refund Application form online.
