What happens to my Stagedoor Rewards loyalty points if I exchange my tickets?

If you exchange tickets for a different performance or event, your loyalty points will not change.

Points are awarded based on the original booking and are not recalculated when tickets are exchanged.

This means:
  • If your new tickets cost more than your original booking, you will not receive additional loyalty points for the extra amount paid.
  • If your new tickets cost less than your original booking, your loyalty points will not be reduced.
  • Exchanging tickets will not result in any loyalty points being added, removed, or adjusted.
Your existing points balance will remain unchanged following the exchange.
