Resend your Confirmation Email

If you have lost your email confirmation or did not receive it, you can request a resend. Here’s how:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to customer support via email or through the contact form on the website. Provide your details, including:

    • Your name
    • The email address used for the booking
    • The event name and performance date
  2. Confirmation of Resend: Once your request is received, customer support will resend your email confirmation. It is advisable to check your spam or junk folder in case the confirmation email was filtered there.

  3. Using the Confirmation: The resent email confirmation will include a link to access your tickets. You can use this link to print your tickets or download them to your phone.
