How to Exchange Your Tickets for a Different Performance

All bookings are final and cannot be refunded as per our terms and conditions. However, you may be able to change your date through a ticket exchange, subject to availability and certain conditions.

Ticket Exchange Process

1. Eligibility: You can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show at the same theatre.
2. Administration Fee: A fee may apply for the exchange.
3. Price Band: Exchanges must be for tickets of the same price band or higher. Any price difference will be charged in addition to the administration fee.
4. Timeframe: Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours before the original performance.
5. Current Booking: Your current booking will remain active until the exchange is completed.

Steps to Request an Exchange

1. Provide your booking reference number and details of the original performance.
2. Specify your preferred alternative date, time, area, and seat preferences.
3. Check availability on the website: London Theatre Direct.
