How do I redeem my voucher?

You will be able to redeem your voucher on our website.

You will need your unique voucher code. Please check your balance and valid/use by date.

Step 1: Visit londontheatredirect.com, select the show and date you'd like to book. You can book any available show and any available date.

Step 2: Add wanted seats to your basket.

Step 3: On the Check-Out page click on ‘Gift Voucher’.  

Step 4: Copy+paste your voucher code to the designated field that will pop up after step 3. The system will deduct the voucher value from the final sum. Continue with the rest of your details and complete the booking following the instructions on the website.

All of our vouchers start with the letters LTD, if your voucher does not start with this please contact the company this was purchased from.
