How do I download my tickets?

Your e-tickets are available to download as soon as your payment has been successfully processed.

Downloading your tickets

1. Open your booking confirmation email.
2. Select the Get e-Tickets button.
3. Download your tickets as a PDF.
4. Print your tickets or save them to your mobile device.

If your booking is with a Nimax Theatre

Some Nimax Theatre Group venues use an Online Check-in process.

If your confirmation email mentions Online Check-in, you will receive a separate email approximately 48 hours before the performance asking you to confirm your attendance.

Once you've completed the check-in process, your tickets will be sent to you.

I can't find my tickets

If you haven't received your confirmation email:

• Check your junk or spam folders.
• Allow up to 30 minutes after booking for the email to arrive.
• Contact us if you still can't locate it.
