How do I download my tickets?

Your e-tickets are available to download as soon as your payment is complete

The download button for your tickets is in your order confirmation which can be accessed from your confirmation email.

If have booked a show that is part of The Nimax Theatre Group (your confirmation says Online Check-in) who distribute their tickets slightly differently to our usual process.

You will receive an online check-in email at least 48 hours before the performance to confirm your attendance. Once completed, your e-tickets or print-at-home tickets will be sent to you

If you do not receive your email, please make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

We recommend contacting us if you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of completing the booking.
