Can I exchange my tickets?

We're happy to help with your ticket exchange. You can exchange your tickets to a different date for the same event.

All exchanges are subject to availability and must be completed at least 48 hours before the original bookings start date/time.

Please note that we charge a fee for each order that is exchanged.

All exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours before the original performance time.

Exceptions include:

Open Air Theatre Regents Park- Exchanges must be completed 14 days before the original performance time.

Abba Arena - Exchanges must be completed 72 hours before the original performance time.

The Other Palace- No exchanges are allowed for this venue
