Can I exchange my tickets?

We're happy to help arrange a ticket exchange where possible. Tickets can be exchanged for another date of the same event, subject to availability.

All exchanges must be requested and processed at least 48 hours before the original performance date and time. Please note that an exchange fee applies to each order.

Please note the following venue-specific exchange deadlines:

  • Open Air Theatre Regent's Park: Exchanges must be completed at least 14 days before the original performance.
  • ABBA Arena: Exchanges must be completed at least 72 hours before the original performance.

Unfortunately, ticket exchanges are not permitted for bookings at the following venues:

  • The Other Palace
  • The Vaults
  • The Royal Opera House
  • President Hotel
  • King's Head Theatre

All exchanges are subject to the venue's terms and ticket availability at the time of the request.
