Can I collect my tickets at the theatre, or can they be posted?

No. London Theatre Direct issues tickets as Print-at-Home PDF e-tickets only.

Your tickets can be downloaded using the Get e-Tickets link in your confirmation email. You can either:

• Print your tickets at home
• Download them to your mobile device
• Present them from your phone where accepted

We no longer offer ticket collection at the theatre or delivery by post.
