My event was cancelled, when should I expect a refund?

If a show or performance is confirmed as cancelled your booking will automatically be transferred into a voucher. This voucher can be used to make a booking for any show on our website. 

If you would prefer a refund, please contact us using our contact form or call us on 03330090997 and we will refund this as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds to any other payment type than the one that was originally used.
